Our client, a leading manufacture and distributor of fast moving consumer goods with presence in East Africa has exciting career development opportunities.
This position will report to the National Sales Manager and will oversee the following tasks:
Identify suitable growth channels and coordinate supply chain
Supervise a small number of sales executives and guide them to achieve their targets
Oversee sales and marketing of selected products, monitor stock to ensure availability
Prepare business plans and budgets, set unit’s targets and monitor performance.
To perform this role, you will meet the following criteria:
Possess a Bachelors of Science degree with bias to chemistry or equivalent
Three years experience in OTC sales
Good business acumen and understanding market challenges in this field
Good people management skills
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
